First of all this is really awkward for me. I have never gone on a dating website before. I am a retired social worker, a violinist and currently train first responders in best practices in assisting people who are experiencing a mental health crisis in their communities. As I have been alone for a bit I will admit I am independent and settled in my life style. I am looking for a partner/companion who is not into drama and is open minded in a variety of different ways. I am far left leaning, I don’t tolerate bullshit, I don’t want to change you or have someone try to change me. I am sometimes brutally honest but kind. I enjoy children, have a cocker spaniel and not comfortable with huge crowds of people. I love movies, going out to dinner and shows as well as kicking back at home watching football, watching movies and playing games. My family is extremely important to me and I enjoy spending time with my great grand nieces and nephew. It is important that intellectual conversation and open minded dialogue is present.
