I Would Describe Myself As

Free spirit, independent, likes travel, the ocean, sailing, regular exercise, museums, antiques, good food, good wine, good bud, good music (not bar bands or bars for that matter)... I'd like to return to Europe and do a barge trip through France, sail on the Mediterranean, relax on the Costa del Sol, race on the Nuremberg ring (I do like fast cars, and own a race car and a track car, even though I know it's not good for the environment.) I was a Science Center Director for 20 years, so yes, I think climate change is real. I love animals (have one dog and would welcome more). I'd like to meet someone with somewhat similar, but different interests who is laid back, likes old movies and cooking together, sunsets, would like to help start a vegetable garden ( I have 20 acres in central NY State where I visit during the summer months), and someone who likes cross-country skiing, or just hanging out by a fire and enjoying a good glass of Port. I'm finishing up a couple of novels right now (I write for the enjoyment of putting my thoughts down on paper), so someone who has a vivid imagination is a plus!! Whew!! I don't want much do I? But life is here to enjoy. And in spite of the negativity we see around us everyday, it's important to know how to find positives in our own personal lives!
