I believe sexual expression is part of being healthy and balanced. I am a sensual and sexual person. This does not mean that I'm promiscuous, far from it, but I am not ruled by false morals.

Trying to define yourself is like trying to bite your own teeth.

How I do something is how I do everything.

Please think about the previous sentence.......most people miss the significance.

When I was in my teens I made a decision to be aware of everything I put into my body and mind, and of how I maintained my body and mind.

I've pursued athletic/physical and mental/intellectual/spiritual exercise in some form or other ever since on a daily basis.

I am not "looking for" anything, rather I am "open to" a wide range of possibilities including the spontaneous sensations that life offers us.

I'm not religious (was a practicing Buddhist for many years), I do not like labels so I'm a human and I practice something called The Furthest Yoga. My life is a meditation.

I know, I know, this sounds like I'm very intense, maybe I am but in a nice way and I don't take myself too seriously. I like to laugh and do so often.
