I am down to earth guy who has done a lot of reading about human evolution and our place in this universe. I really enjoy a nice blend of city and country life. I live on the woods amongst the big trees and fresh air. I have organic/biodynamic farm, I have been hosting sound bats and sound journeys for the last three years. I love the summertime I also I really enjoy cold, plunges and water swimming along with breathework. Anything that does not come from my farm I get from my close neighbors. All my fruits and vegetables and all my meat come from people I know that are pretty much in my neighborhood.i cook at home a lot. I also love to go out to eat. I have been a head chef at a couple very nice restaurants.
