I like to exercise regularly, cold plunge daily and do breath work when I wake up to oxygenate my blood and activate my ANS. Kombucha is part of my daily diet along with a morning blend of fruits and veggies to kick it off. Flying nylon is where I find my freedom and excitement and I incorporate that into my life whenever possible 🤙🏼. Love festivals, parties and live music but also quiet getaways to reflect and relax.
