I Would Describe Myself As

I guess it was just my generation, but we grew up with rules like don't bother the parents during the day, be in by the time the street lights go on, if you're thirsty find the water hose, raise hell somewhere other than your own backyard. Many of us were smoking pot by the time we were 12, hung out at the skating rink, and knew where the cigarette machines were. Grew up very independent, capable of doing most things ourselves and prefer to be as "off grid" as possible, as often as possible...
Conformity is not something that we appreciate, although we can play the part very well. And have for many years!
I have raised my share of kids, grandkids, and hell!
It is my time now to squeeze a little bit of happiness out of this (so called) adult time left of my life.. I say this because I have let myself off the hook when it comes to the rigid life I once thought I needed, strived for, worked two jobs for.... Today I'm happy to just, well.... be....
I love fishing, boating, camping, cooking, eating, listening to music dancing watching movies, flea marketing,... And so much more... I like children and old people, and living, laughing, and loving... I have experienced a wonderful life so far, and look forward to someone to pal around with in our future. (At the very least)
I consider myself brutally honest most of the time, I cannot stand a liar, a cheat, or a thief, I do not play games, and I would ask for the same in return.
If you cannot stand up to those requests please do not contact me. Most important thing for me is for you to be able to be your true authentic self, because that's what I am hoping for in return....
