Looks are deceiving. I really was a hippie, I barely remember the late 60's and early 70s. I am constantly told I look like a college professor. Nope, just a couple of night courses, pretty much self-taught. When I got out of the service I let the wind take over. After 15 years of life overseas collecting stories I came back found out I was a geek in the US and settled down, found success being a geek and did the family thing. I am a very laid back person and always take people one at a time. I try hard to treat other as I want to be treated, not always successful but I try. I was once told that I start out quiet and am obviously observing everything around me before I open up, but that is in groups, not one on one. I can be spontaneous, like to try new things, and the travel bug is starting to awaken. There are a lot of things I used to do that I want to explore again. Want to look at the world with new eyes,regain my hippie soul and see what happens.
