Not sure why they ask for this, when they randomly delete everything I write. Facepalm.
I retired in 2018 after 39 years doing graphic design, event planning, writing, and more for a local k-12 district. I still do those things, I just don’t get paid to do so. Lots of volunteer work. ‘Nuf said.
As headline suggests, im a quilt maker. But in addition to sleep under them quilts, I make art quilts.
Other facts:
-I’m hearing-impaired
-I have three tattoos, ranging from a tiny daisy on a toe to a large shoulder piece.
-I have four piercings, but all in earlobes.
-I wear glasses and my opthamologist tells me I have cataracts that aren’t bad enough to fix yet.
-I have two dogs; one adopted from the Mesquite animal shelter and the other a stray that nobody ever claimed. So I did.
-I love reading. Newspapers, ebooks…
-I’m smart, albeit more absent-minded than I was before menopause
-I lean Liberal. If you believe the “stolen election” BS, we will not get along. A whole lot of people who claim to support the constitution have not ever read it.
