Me describiría a mi mismo como

I am a biology geek who owns a legitimate business growing gourmet and medicinal mushrooms. I'm an avid forager, a cheesemonger at Whole Foods and I am going to Peru this summer for yoga teacher training. I'm also obsessed with fermentation and food preservation. I'm looking forward to getting back on the mountain bike this spring and running on the trails. (I have a passion for barefoot running and hiking - did my first trail marathon this past September)
