Two years ago I retired and went from Salaried DC worker to Pensioner Landlord, and I moved to Richmond from NoVa. I am kind, sincere, generous, and empathetic. I'm slow to anger and quick to laugh. I'm also a romantic who likes to snuggle and hold hands. Without a daytime job I've got lots of time to give to relationships and a special lady 😀.

My ideal first date starts in the morning, so that it can be extended into the day if both people want it. Begins with conversation over coffee perhaps. Then something involving light walking around, maybe a farmer's market. Bantering over coffee or lunch, and then chatting and walking together, I think provides enough feedback and information to know if you want to go on a second date with that person .
