I teach T'ai Chi, having been doing
Kung Fu and T'ai Chi since I was a teenager.
I Meditate every morning, with some Qigong and Yoga.
Love to be out in nature.
Enjoy soaking up the rays at the beach and Whitetail.
and Mountain biking through the state parks. Working out in the Gym.
