I'm a fringe-dweller. Part hippie, part small town girl, in the midst of transition, needing to spend some time in the city. Just came from living on 25 fairly remote Northeast Washington acres complete with horses, cows, chickens, pig, cats, dogs, garden, and one soon to be ex husband. I think of myself as a thoughtful, open-hearted, spiritually centered, discriminating woman with a youthful, compassionate heart. I appreciate honesty and integrity above all. I love real, honest, compassionate communication. Lie to me and you will loose me. Looking for a friend to share some good talks with. One of these days I'll be ready for more than that. Right now I can't offer anything more than sharing with each other what makes us tick.

I love to dance - swing, contra, rock and roll, African, modern... it's all about the dance.
And, the music to dance to - World music (Celtic, Gypsy), Rock-a-Billy, Alternative Rock, Real Country (not the top 40 stuff), Classic Rock (rarely played tracks).

I love dogs (my constant companion is Katy, an Australian Cattle Dog), cats (none in my life at the moment - this will change), and farm animals...
