I'm productive most of the time. I have lots of interests that occupy my attention, and never shirk my responsibilitie. I have a rhythm. As outgoing as I can be I do relish sitting and reading, catching a good program and listening to music. As a type A I love the outdoors and that includes winter. I love x-country skiing, and taking walks. In summer my favorite activity is kayaking (leisurely).Not a fan of extreme anything. I bike some and always are looking to hike/walk the park.
