Of course I sometimes fail but i hope to be awake enough, introspective and aware enough, receptive enough to take responsibility when i do fall short, make it right and keep trying to improve.

Ein ideales erstes Date wäre

Someone who sparks curiosity and connection, perhaps even before we meet or speak. Where the conversation is easy, fun, flirty but respectful and kind. A date where as we start to learn about each other we get that feeling that we have already known each other, have already shared experiences and have that “knowing” or intution that we have a wonderful, exciting, fulfilling shared path in our future.

Ich wollte immer schon versuchen

To learn to dance well with confidence and fun. To actually become reasonably fluent in the French I’ved studied in high school, college and later in life. Je ne parle pas la langue plus romantique tres bien. Have also thought that learning American sign language could be a wonderfully fulfilling way to give of myself, to be of service.

Is to remain curious, open-minded. I value authenticity, depth, honesty. I strive for compassion, understanding and service to others and to Mother Earth and seek a partner who aspires to the same. I am seeking a partner who is emotionally, physically and spiritually adventurous.

Life is short, the best answer or first response in nearly every situation seems to always be Love. Tho i am not religious, i find that trying to practice the St Francis prayer, without expectation or even acknowledgment leads to a deeper sense of serenity and purpose than stuff or status.

I love to travel and try to consciously look for, and give service to the needs of the community, culture or environment when visiting.

I am constantly amazed and awed by what the Divine Presence has created on Earth. I feel so alive, connected when experiencing our natural world and when sharing the experiences with a partner.

Meine Vorstellung von Spaß ist

Is sharing, exploring things we know we already like and having a willingness and need for having new experiences. I love all manner of outdoor activities cycling: road, gravel and mountain, skiing: downhill, skinning and Nordic, lake kayaking, paddleboarding, swimming, snorkeling and diving, Hiking, strolling and sometimes just beaching it or lazing a day away.

I love yoga retreats which combine daily practice with cool travel experiences. Travel of all types interests me.

I also love concerts, performance arts, museums famous and local. My adult kids are an important part of my life.

I also like cuddling next to each other when reading, watching or listening and for no particular reason than to connect with and feel each other’s heartspace. Sometimes there’s nothing better than running one’s fingers thru my partner’s hair while she rests with her head on my lap and the same for me on her lap.

A woman secure in who she is and who can proactively articulate her needs and wants without fear or reservation. Someone who has been made stronger from Life’s challenges and setbacks. Who believes, as I do, in love. Someone who is vulnerable and kind and honors and brings love to my vulnerabilities and insecurities.

A woman who loves to be pleased, suprised and cherished and to please others in a genuine, authentic, non-co dependent way.

A woman who’s usual first response is yes, let’s go for it! Who can embrace uncertainty. And who loves to love and be loved so fully it hurts. Two favorite songs, among many, which capture who i strive to be and what i desire from life are One Republic’s “I Lived” and the Goo Goo Dolls “Better Days”
