Still a child of the 60s...

In search of self...on my perpetual journey in hopes that perchance I may meet a friend whose existence is based on truth; a humanitarian, gentle rebel, nonconformist, free spirit...an enlightened mind traveler. Please treasure all that has no monetary value...

For two to be as one...alone time is a precious gift....There is much yet to be spoken... penned...I write poetry. I live simply...a vegetarian for thirty-five years...and have been involved with various aspects of community service. Volunteer work includes after school tutoring for elementary age children at a nonprofit organization...and work in the area adult literacy program. I have also done extensive work with the peace and social justice movement.

Music has sustained me through the years.... Surroundings are books, incense, candles, patchouli...and the comfort of unconditional love from my beloved rescue dog. Family first....and children are my life and life's work....From Leaves of Grass to Hop on Pop...I am known to be a tad quirky and appreciate those with a skewed sense of humor. As an INFP, extroverts bring out the best in me....my inner child and playfulness...

I live a photographic life...My camera is always with me ....I capture moments ...saving them forever. I often find myself wandering about simply looking for the beauty of life .... the ruins ...the future....the bizarre...the finale?

I live life in slow motion....Timeless does not equate thoughtless....Omission of truth is a lie.....Everyone has a dark side....there is a muse....

I often think that I'm in quest of what may not exist .... a kindred spirit...
