In the words of Joseph Campbell "Stay close to anything that makes you glad to be alive"... well, some of the things that make me feel glad to be alive are: my friends & fam, creating and sharing music, dancing, wild swims, forest walks, animals, making stuff, beautiful wild beaches & conscious festivals...
What makes you glad to be alive?

I've never been one for living on the surface of life... I question mainstream narratives (and hope you do the same), I live with intention yet create my path as I go... always listening to what the moment requires - responding with awareness... serving the greater good... whilst finding ever deeper substratum's of self love.

I’m grateful for so much in life right now... although I would surely welcome the addition of kindred soul to go on adventures with...
