I'm retired now. I am divorced & I have a 29 year old son who works in London. I originally trained in social anthropology& have retained an interest in all cultures of the world & our own. I had a wonderful career in health & social care until taking redundancy so that I could go away travelling the world for a few years - since my redundancy, I've been working only the Winters, I re-trained in hospitality, so I could go snow shoeing & skiing in the French Alps, then I have been trekking for the other 7 months a year all over the world, lovely! but that has finished due to Covid.
I'm home to find a lovely man ..who loves exploring, adventuring..... in wild mountains, deep blue seas, rivers full of swimming fish, notices flowers covered in butterflies, ancient knarled trees, herbs & flowers for healing ...
I like being off-the-beaten-track, I'm an environmental campaigner, arty, vegetarian cook, forager, wild swimmer, like laughing, yoga, meditation, morning mantras.
