I love to travel and am always thinking of ways to escape the nine to five. The idea of driving off in a van to explore and see where the road takes me is a dream I hope to achieve one day. Looking for someone to join me in adventures at home and abroad.
Being outdoors either in the hills or by the sea is my idea of a day well spent. Followed by a night listening to some live music, I listen to all sorts from Bruce to Stormzy. Don't pretend to be down with the kids I just like what I like. Politically I am a socialist worth saying as couldn't imagine anything worse than turning up for a date and finding a Tory waiting for me. Don't want to offend but some things are not negotiable!
I value kindness and decency too old to put up with bigoted people who have no empathy or understanding. I am not into drama or people that create unnecessary stress.
Love a good red wine but not a big drinker can't handle the hangovers and hate wasting a day, too much to do and the older I get I want to make the most of my free time. The odd blow out for special occasions is the way I celebrate now I am not totally boring!!
Laughter is definitely the best medicine and not taking life too seriously is the best way forward.
Love food but don't eat meat, mainly vegan but do enjoy the occasional cheeseboard. Love my family and friends and have a great life not looking for someone as I don't want to be alone would rather be on my own than with the wrong person. I am looking for someone to share things with - the feeling that someone has got your back. We all want someone special don't we?
