So, I always have something to say or a story to tell but these things make me blank. I am a liberal, Christian, southern girl. I can get dirty in the garden or go to the opera and anything in between. I love to cook and read and go camping. I love my family and friends. I like trying new things, traveling just to explore and equally enjoy chillin' in my backyard. I am a bit intense about social justice and if we can't vibe there, I am probably not your girl. I have 2 kids ages 12 and 9. I have a lovely home that takes most of my time and money, but hey, its mine. I love the mountains and while I moved away to buy a home, I fully intend to end up back there. I love old books, old movies and old music. New is cool too, but usually just a chance to see how the old has been reinvented. I am looking for someone that loves their family, loves God, loves animals and always looks to learn something new. I like to build things and restore old things and hope to find someone who is also good with their hands. A musician is a big plus. I want to play guitar and piano but just never have completely learned. I bought a guitar, to motivate myself. I love to sing and it doesnt matter what kind of music it it. If it has a good melody and decent lyrics, I am in. My favorites are James Taylor and The Avett Brothers. I enjoy my work and am looking for someone who works hard, but likes what they do. The amount you make is of no importance but I do hope to find someone that has goals and some focus on the future and working towards being able to someday retire and not have to eat cat food. Minimum goals, right? I enjoy art, I like to paint and I get a lot of enjoyment from refinishing furniture. Seeing something ugly given new life if awesome. Since dating is kindof weird these last few months, I hope to find aomeone creative with ideas on things to do. I am pretty new to this online thing so, I am mostly just looking for really good conversation. Hope you are out there...
