I am a psychedelic pioneer I hung out at Naropa institute and met Alan Ginsberg and Ram Das in 1971 while attending University of Colorado, Boulder I dropped out after a Rainbow family tribe gathering and traveled the world My late husband wrote and played music We bought a small farm in Northern California and raised our children back to the land I have taught swimming at Camp Winnirainbow since 1986 with Wavy and Jahanara My granddaughter went to camp with me For the last 35 years I have instructed Aquafit at health clubs I also work at projectavary.org and mewaterfoundation.org Eating Organic plant based diet is important to me Life was meant to be shared
