Im Divorced, live in Charlotte NC, im retired Army and a retired Culinary arts instructor from the Largest high School in NC, yes im a Classically trained Michelin chef trained in France under the top two chefs in the world and at the Culinary Institute of America in NY. Into Photography, travel and road trips, i was at the first Woodstock. Lived in Germany for 10 years when in the Army. Into music and have played in Bands and Orchestras around the world. Originally born in the Bronx NY, but grew up about 90 miles from the city in Hyde Park NY where FDR had his home and Gloria Vanderbilt home was also there. So as you can see i am the road less taken.
