I'm a rural guy, I live on 10 acres in Sky Valley (this is a rural area north of Palm Desert). My back gate opens onto Joshua Tree National Park. I hike everyday with my golden retrievers, Lucy and Brigid. I was a land use planner by profession. I worked for the same agency for 20 years and retired in 2020. I like to hike and legal 4WD and day trips. I am politically liberal. I was raised as a devout Irish Catholic but am not religious at all now.
