I Would Describe Myself As

I look at the glass as half full. I believe people would say I’m definitely an optimistic lady, always looking for the silver lining in all situations. I value honesty, loyalty, dependability and being true to yourself. It’s important to encourage your significant other to be true to their self and to support their growth to be their best self. There is no room for jealousy, anger, screaming, disrespect, *****ance or lies and cheating in my house (😂, it’s a very small house) . Respect for myself and others is a huge priority and I would say trustworthiness is also at the top of the list. Life and relationships are a beautiful thing when you accept that at this age, we all have a past (which is always better left where you last saw it, in the past), that there is never ever going to be a significant other or friend that you agree with all of the time (I can’t imagine how boring that would be) so there’s always the unspoken agree to disagree, not the I’ll keep talking, arguing, putting you down until you say I’m right, that relationships are hard, especially if you don’t work on them and they are extremely hard when one thinks problems will dissolve themselves and communication with the other person is just too hard so just ignore them and problems will go away, that thinking **** cuddling, trying new things, laying in bed naked with each other is unnecessary (NEXT), that showing your significant other that you love them with spontaneous notes, small gifts and kissing them in public isn’t necessary (NEXT). I love me, my family, especially my grandchildren, my dog, my cat, my best friend, her boyfriend and you, if you treat me like a Princess when we both know I’m just a grown up hippie, love me like I’m perfect even though I’m definitely not, love my family like your own even though some aren’t that lovable and annoy the hell out of you, love my best friend and treat her like she’s the greatest and her boyfriend like he invented Post It notes even though sometimes they are barely tolerable and treat my grandchildren and dog and cat like they are made of 24 k gold even though I wish they would ALL leave sometimes. As far as me and who I am, I’m still working on it, I say dumb things lots, I laugh at myself too much, I’m sarcastic, sassy and sexy all at the same time, I love riding motorcycles, listening to rock and roll, went to way too many concerts before I was 16 ( front on the bar at the ‘77 Stones tour and might be willing to give my right arm to be there again, Aerosmith before they got sober, loved Boston), I stay up way too late every night for whatever I can think of, sleep all day if no one bothers me, trip over my own feet at least once a month, wish they had Grubhub for 420, wish I didn’t get the same guy EVERY fing time I go to the abc store (I always say”so how many times does this make for this month?”and he always just smiles and hands me the bag as if it’s fragile or as if I’m going to trip and break every bottle), started smoking Marlboro Reds when I was 9 years old, I quit one time butt...I have gotten it to 10/12 per day and smoke lights now (pat myself on the back) , I have short term memory loss, on purpose, I think I’ve watched every movie on Netflix, but I love movies and camping, in a camper, of course (grew up camping at Kerr Lake in a tent for 2 weeks every August until my Aunt bought the lake place at Gaston Lake so I was spoiled from there on out and I desperately want to go camping again. I guess the only thing left to say is my motorcycle was featured in a magazine about 2009 and when I was young, I wanted to race motorcross (thank goodness my dad had more sense than me).
