After some bribery...friends described me as generous, funny, kind, and loyal. They also pointed out I'm sometimes too honest for my own good, opinionated, and can be annoyingly optimistic?! I starved them after that...

Originally from Scotland, I have lived and worked in the North East for 12 years. Apart from my two amazing children, I have a passion for art, music, literature, poetry, history and much more. I'll happily jump around at a gig or festival, visit a gallery/exhibition/castle, sit with a picnic on the beach, go to a poetry slam, watch the stars on my rooftop, dress up at Halloween (any excuse really), go out exploring and foraging, eat fantastic food, or find something great in a second hand shop - the list goes on! It's definitely a challenge summarising yourself into a paragraph isn't it? I'm just one of those curious people who finds there is always something to learn, or experience, on this weird and wonderful planet.

I've had two long term relationships (14yrs and 11yrs) and have been single now for 4yrs after deciding to take some time out. Whilst I found you still enjoy your life being single, I've now realised that I'll never make a good Vulcan - I like having someone to laugh, talk and share adventures with.
