I Would Describe Myself As

Hi, I'm an old rock and roller, foodie, reader, thinker who's recently divorced. I enjoy wine and boardgames, walks and light hiking. I'm 58 and have traveled a bit and had many experiences, and my brain still works (most of the time), so I have opinions. My world is not shaken when people disagree nor do I despise them (I'll ask a lot of questions though. Think socratic). I love conversations that are deeper than a teaspoon but open to small talk as well.

What am I looking for? 🤔 Well, someone gracious enough to want to spend time and do things with that guy I was just mentioning. If your only looking for friendship that's fine by me. Just be open and honest. I've not reached my limit on friends. But I will meet others in hopes of finding more than a friend.
I don't think we are meant to be alone in life. I know that I am better with the balance that real love brings. Are you loving, wise, understanding and patient? Are you at all interested in the things I wrote that I enjoy? Then you're qualified.

We all have types. But the inner person is what I'm looking for. Outward beauty has many faces. Innerward beauty always seems to look pretty similar no matter the packaging. I definitely require a good communicator. I will want to hear what you think and why, about things and ideas. That's just who I am. I believe that not only allows people to really get to know each other, but also creates an avenue for growth. Everything that's not growing is dying. There's still some life to be lived. That means there's still more time to give.
